Shipping & Delivery Policy
At MORBANO, all products are shipped directly from our international logistics centers located in the United States, Brazil, Asia, and Europe to the shipping address provided at checkout — regardless of your location.
⏳ Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders may take up to 7 calendar days to be processed.
Once processed, shipping may take up to an additional 7 calendar days.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country.
Delivery times may be extended in exceptional circumstances, including customs inspections, national holidays, strikes, or periods of high shipping demand.
We actively monitor all shipments. If your order is not delivered within 60 calendar days, a full refund will be issued.
📦 Partial Shipments
Your order may be delivered in multiple packages if items are shipped from different warehouses.
This is completely normal and does not incur any additional costs.
🔎 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Please note that it may take up to 10 calendar days for the tracking information to become active after shipment.
⚠️ General Conditions
1. Failed delivery due to incorrect address or recipient absence
MORBANO ships orders to the exact address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete.
If delivery attempts fail due to absence or incorrect address information, the package may be redirected to the nearest post office or delivery center and must be collected within 7 calendar days.
If the package is not collected and is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
If the order is canceled, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs, even if free shipping was initially offered.
2. Recipient availability
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
After three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be held at the local post office or delivery facility for up to 7 calendar days.
🌐 Customs & Duties
MORBANO handles all required export documentation to facilitate international delivery.
However, depending on the destination country — particularly Canada, Australia, and countries within the European Union — your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local fees.
Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
