Customs & Import Policy

At MORBANO, all orders are shipped directly from our international logistics centers located in the United States, Brazil, Asia, and Europe to the shipping address provided at checkout.

We take care of all required export documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process.

However, as these are international shipments, your order may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or local taxes, depending on the regulations of the destination country.

📌 What happens if customs duties or taxes apply?

If your order is subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the regulations established by local customs authorities.

MORBANO is not responsible for additional charges, delays, or issues resulting from the customs clearance process in the destination country.

If payment is required, you will be contacted directly by the shipping carrier or local customs office. The package will only be released for delivery once all applicable fees have been paid.

⚠️ If customs duties are not paid

Failure to pay import duties or taxes within the required timeframe may result in:

Additional storage or handling fees charged by customs or courier services

Delivery delays

Return of the package to the sender or the shipment being classified as abandoned

Once all required payments are completed, the shipment will be released and delivered according to the carrier’s schedule.

🌍 Important Notes

Customs regulations and import taxes vary by country.

Some destinations — including Canada, Australia, and countries within the European Union — may apply additional charges depending on the declared value of the shipment.

If you have questions about customs, import procedures, or receive a notice from your local customs office, please contact our support team. We are always happy to assist you.
